Returns Policy

At All Aussie Brands, we aim to support both our customers and our independent sellers. As a marketplace, return policies are determined by individual sellers. However, we are committed to assisting you in the return process wherever possible.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are subject to the policies of the individual seller from whom you purchased the item.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • If you wish to request a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page, and we will liaise with the seller on your behalf.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

  • If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • If a seller does not accept a return, and the return is not covered under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer 110% store credit of the item's value to be used on any future purchase at All Aussie Brands.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and provide details of your order and reason for return.

  2. We will communicate with the seller to determine the eligibility of your return.

  3. If the seller accepts the return, we will provide further instructions.

  4. If the return is not accepted and does not fall under consumer law protections, you will receive 110% store credit.
